Missouri Youth and Discipleship Department
The mission of the Missouri Youth & Discipleship Department is to equip and support pastors, youth pastors, children’s leaders, young adult leaders, volunteers, and anyone passionate about ministering to children and youth across our state. We provide practical resources, training, and support that can be accessed through this site or by contacting our department directly.

Throughout the year, we also create meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and discipleship through statewide ministries and events that strengthen local church youth and children’s programs. Events such as Winterfest, Girls Conferences, Boys Campouts, Youth Camps, Teen Talent, and Junior Talent are intentionally designed to encourage leaders, develop students, and make a lasting impact on your church and community.

YWEA is a foundational program that combines Church of God World Missions and the International Youth & Discipleship Department for one purpose, to help further the Kingdom of God around the world.

This year for our 2026 project we will be raising funds for Africa. Through the funds that are raised for YWEA 2026, we will help with the following areas:
-
Provide dormitories for students returning to school
-
Provide updated audio/video equipment for a local Church of God congregation
-
Help with building the Hawthorne Institute of Nursing
Please make sure to send your YWEA 2026 contributions through your local church. Your local church will then write one check to the Missouri Church of God State Offices for the amount raised. All monies need to be in the office by July 8, 2026.
