Girls Ministries of Missouri serves a vital role in Church of God Youth and Discipleship by partnering with local churches across the state to raise up daughters who are committed to Jesus, care deeply for others, and walk confidently in their identity and purpose in Christ. Rooted in the principle of multiplication, Missouri Girls Ministries believes in the power of mentoring relationships. Through intentional discipleship, mentors provide opportunities for girls to deepen their faith, experience spiritual growth, and build healthy, Christ-centered relationships. By offering resources and leadership development, Missouri Girls Ministries equips mentors to minister through meaningful relationships while modeling a consistent, godly example grounded in Scripture and a commitment to prayer.
The International Department of Women’s Ministries carried a deep passion and God-given vision to minister to and equip young women, following the biblical instruction found in Titus 2:3–5. Out of that vision, Young Ladies Ministries (YLM) was established in 1969. As the ministry continued to grow, its reach expanded to intentionally disciple younger girls through a club-based model: Joy Belles (1974), Bluebelles (1984), and Little Sweethearts (2002).
These clubs exist because of generations of faithful women who generously invested their time, energy, and unique gifts—coordinators, mentors, prayer mothers, pastors’ wives, and laywomen—each committed to nurturing and discipling girls to grow in Christ. If you are interested in starting YLM clubs in your local church, please contact Casie Cook for more info.
